Sagar Kanya’s trip to Kuakata was initiated by the trainee lawyers

(SM Moniruzzaman Akash: Pabna District Correspondent) Pabna District Bar Association organized a fun trip to Kuakata on the initiative of the trainee lawyers who participated in the enrollment examination held in 2025. Out of a total of forty trainee lawyers (results awaited), 23 trainee lawyers and their family members participated.

Sunday

(28 December 2025) At 7 pm, the coach carrying us, New Sohag Transport, left the premises of the Pabna District Bar Association. On the way, at Dapunia Bazar, Oli Ahmed (owner-Ama Famesi), husband of trainee lawyer Reshma Akter Rita, entertained everyone on the joyous journey.

As usual, we took the bus and had dinner at the highway restaurant, (Goaland, Rajbari) hotel during the dinner break.

Later at Rabbi Filling Station, Ganapara, Kashipur, Barisal

After a fifteen-minute break, their journey began again.

At 4:30 am on Monday, our coach (New Sohag Transport) stopped at the courtyard of Hotel Sagar Nir on Kuakata beach.

On Monday morning, we offered Fajr prayers and went to the Sagar Nir Hotel to rest. After resting, we finished breakfast at around 11 am and visited the lemon garden, Shutki Palli, South Sundarbans, and Jhau Bagan. We visited the Raghine Palli, Rakhine Language Learning Center, Rakhine Magic House, Lokasukh Buddhist Monastery, and the Burmese Market and finished shopping. Many food lovers enjoyed fresh fries and crab fries in the afternoon.

In the evening, the trainee lawyers went to the raw fish market to see different types of marine fish. After dinner, they returned to the hotel and all went to sleep at night.

Many people spend the morning sleeping through their tired bodies.

As usual, after finishing breakfast, many people went to take group photos at Sagar Kanya Kuakata, but even though they did not get to meet many people, many still took group photos together to preserve the memories. Under the leadership of the Supreme Court’s learned advocate Md. Riazul Islam, the guest of this joyous trip, many people traveled to Kauar Char, Mini Switzerland, and some enjoyed the taste of fresh Hilsa fish. After the Asr Azan, some returned to Kuakata Zero Point and offered Asr prayers.

In the afternoon, after visiting the Kuakata Coop and sailing ships, many people quickly returned to Kuakata beach to watch the sunset, noting their experiences in their visit books.

After watching the sunset, the three-eyed people sat on the seashore, prayed Salatul Maghrib, and then returned to the room. They loaded their phones and checked their luck by taking out lucky coupons. Out of 500 tickets, 24 prizes were determined. Shariful Islam Shuvo won the first and third prizes. Mominur Rahman Ullas won the second prize. Md. Ratan won the fourth prize. Fazle Shahran Bipu won the fifth prize. Prince won the sixth and seventh prizes. In addition, Cynthia Suravi, Salma Khatun, Habibur Rahman Habil, Rashed Ali Sohel, Reshma Akhter Rita, Rebecca Parvin Shampa, Advocate Riazul Islam (Supreme Court Bar), Atiqul Alam Atiq (Dhaka Bar), Ariful Islam, Habibur Rahman Habib, Abdur Razzak Shakil won the prizes.

The children who participated in the joy ride were felicitated.

All the trainee lawyers boarded the New Sohag Paribahan and left for Pabna.
